A very nice Ko-Tosho Tsuba of iron or steel in simple design and only 2 mm thickness. These Tsuba were produced from as early as Kamakura-period or even end of Heian-period by sword makers. It is a common theory that Ko-Tosho Tsuba were even made from leftover material from swords
Iron, round-shaped tsuba with image of pine trees through mist, done in Akasaka-style sukashi
Iron, tatemaru-gata, raised rim and hammer marks, with image of the poet Li Bai admiring a waterfall under pine trees
A nice Tsuba for dragon fans. I judge this Tsuba to Echizen Kinai, but I can be wrong. Please judge from pictures
